Customer Service III - Utility Industry Operations
All water professionals are in the customer service business. This series covers the fundamentals of good customer service, moves to understanding team dynamics and how that impacts your organization’s ability to provide service, and concludes with a review of the water sector and the larger issues of environmental stewardship and water conservation. Class workbook will be mailed once registration is completed.
The class can be taken individually or as part of a 3 class series.
