Brian Phillips PE Bio: Brian is a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer with Fishbeck and has been with Fishbeck for 18 years. Brian was the lead water designer on the project. Under his current role, he is a team leader at Fishbeck focusing on both engineering and construction of water treatment facilities.
